As far as I know; you should only use uv lighting for 1 or 2 hours a day. Usually just before lights out, but I would definitely Not run uv when light are off.

Personally I go for Day one and 21 of flowering If they get too thick in veg I’ll defoliate the fan leaves

It may be the light but i doubt it…I had it dialed down to 50% and they started reaching, so I turned it up to 80% and it started to burn the strawberry cough strains. 1 of the bazooka punch strains is growing steady but the other 3 are not(i should have noted that before )the light is 1’x2′ and getting reading of 650 par without my ion…
