I have the exact same brand just the deep red light bars. This is my 4th run using them and I can tell a difference in the size & density of the buds compared to not running it from pre-flower till harvest.

They run the same 19-5 on/off cycle as my lights.

They work great!

I keep one in a piece of mesh zip tied up to keep it from breaking apart in the water. I have it floating around inside my 5 gallon bucket and have not had fungus gnats in months. Change it about every 45 days and your gtg.

Next time you prepare your medium add 1/2 to 2/3 of a cup of dolomite lime per 3-5 gallon pot.

You can top dress it in as well, it just takes a week or two to start working.

This will help keep your PH closer to neutral at 7 and works over time 4-6 weeks.

It also a good source of time released calcium and magnesium as a bonus.
