I dont think RealGrowers recommends it. I believe they’re working on a formula to address this issue, but for now, I’d skip wasting the grow dots to uppot. Just use a good fertilizer to supplement the grow dots you already have surrounding the root zone (Canna A&B or Fox Farms, etc.)

I get 5-7 hal per brick. The whole world needs to use less perlite! Drop that back to 20%! Soon… they’ll all be doing it!

Just putting them outside in Ohio.
5 in 15 gal. and 5 in 3 gal. pots. Canna Coco w 20% perlite and Grow Dots!
First time using Grow Dots outside.
